
20 oz. ground turkey
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 red pepper (chopped)
2T chili powder
1T cumin
1tsp oregano
1T red pepper flakes
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
1 can tomato sauce
1 can yellow corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can seasoned chili beans
Start browning turkey. After about 1 minute, add onion, pepper and spices. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Add canned ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover. Simmer for 30-45 minutes or until onions and peppers are soft.
