Pulled Pork

1 TB dried minced onion
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 boneless pork (3-4 lbs)

combine seasonings, put in slow cooker, con on low (6-8 hrs) Shred with fork.
